The Opportunity

Remote work is here whether you like it or not, my friend.

It was a heavy time in the world and it warranted a tone that was heavy, yes, but also inspiring. We needed to show how this new world of work worked and get companies used to the new normal by showing it in action.

The Idea

Show people that the way you work can finally work for you.

Worked with Alto and Mark Molloy to tell a story about freelance talent and companies taking a leap to create better businesses, better careers, and better lives. The campaign included a hero film, 60-, 30- and 15-second spots that spoke to both talent and businesses in search of talent, which were released in concert with outdoor, podcast/radio, digital and social assets.
