Patrick has built and cared for iconic brands, created and led award winning teams, and is asked to speak about them from time to time.
Patrick has worked at agencies like R/GA and AKQA, brands like Apple and Uber, and built a content platform with Steph Curry. He currently serves as Upwork’s Vice President of Creative.
Prior to joining Upwork, Patrick was the Brand Director at Harley Davidson where he led the evolution of the company’s product launch strategy with their first ever digital product launch and oversaw the rerelease of The Enthusiast Magazine.
Patrick is equally passionate about making award-winning work as he is about building award-winning teams. He is proud to have founded and led Workshop, Upwork’s in-house agency which melds high-level strategic and conceptual rigor with efficiency and craft. Workshop was named top-three in-house agencies by the IHAF and has been recognized by ADC, Clios, D&AD, and more.
